In this case report, we examined anaesthetic approach for emergency surgery in a patient with acute myocardial infarction and stomach perforation at the same time. Anaesthesia was induced with midazolam, propofol, fentanyl and vecuronium, and maintained with sevoflurane 1-2% in 100% oxygen, fentanyl and vecuronium. Patient controlled analgesia with morphine was used for postoperative analgesia. At postoperative 17th day, the patient was discharged from the hospital as health.

Miyokard infarktüsü geçirmekte olan bir hastaya acil cerrahi için anestezik yaklasım

Bu olgu sunumunda aynı anda akut miyokard infarktüsü ve mide perforasyonu tanısı konan bir hastaya acil cerrahi için anestezik yaklasımı inceledik. Anestezi indüksiyonu midazolam, propofol, fentanil ve veküronyum ile yapıldı. damede %100 oksijen içinde sevofluran %1-2, fentanil ve veküronyum kullanıldı. Posoperatif agrı tedavisi için hasta kontrollü analjezi cihazı ile morfin uygulandı. Hasta postoperatif 17. gün sifa ile taburcu edildi.
