The buildings are usually meet many changes before the end of their physical life. If these changes are not met by the buildings, the functional obsolescence is inevitable. The user requirements must be determined correctly during the design process for delaying the functional obsolescence as possible. Belong to this aim, the effects of user requirements on functional changes were tried to determine in the study which was held in physical therapy and rehabilitation departments. After examining the data, the results which are given below was founded; If the space and equipments are not in right dimensions and positions, the users can not use the spaces comfortably. The spaces that users have great problems in the usage of these areas are toilets and baths. The location of stairs and elevators in these units are another important data during design process. If these elements are located in the centre or in the sides of the building, the usage might be provided easily. As a result, it was determined that the most important factors primarily in the content of user requirements are the location of toilets, baths, stairs and elevators. In the physical therapy and rehabilitation departments that the user requirements can not be eliminated, is tried to produce different solutions. In physical therapy and rehabilitation departments, the units which are inadequate, are moved different sections and the usage of these units can not be functional.Belong to these data, the properties of physical spaces are determined by evaluating the questionnaire. The user requirements, location of toilets, baths, stairs and elevators were examined in different physical therapy and rehabilitation departments and determined their effects on design.

Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Ünitelerinde Kullanıcı Gereksinimlerinin Degerlendirilmesinin Kullanıcı Verimliligi Üzerine Etkileri

Yapılar, fiziksel ömürlerini tamamlamadan, birçok kullanım degisikligine ugramaktadırlar. Bu degismeler, yapı tarafından karsılanamadıgı zaman, fonksiyonel eskimeler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Fonksiyonel eskimeleri olabildigi kadar geciktirebilmek için ise, tasarlarda kullanıcı gereksinimlerinin dogru belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon ünitelerinde yapılan arastırmada, kullanıcı gereksinimlerinin fonksiyon degismesinde nasıl etkili oldugu belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır. Degerlendirmeler sonucunda asagıdaki fikirler üretilmistir. Eger mekân ve ekipman dogru boyut ve konumlarda degil ise, kullanıcı mekanı rahat kullanamamaktadır. Kullanıcının en çok zorlandıgı mekânlar ıslak hacimlere aittir. Tasarımlarda ünitelerde yer olan düsey sirkülasyon elemanlarının konumları da önemli bir tasarım girdisidir. Eger bu elemanlar yapının merkezinde ya da yanlarında tasarlanmıssa, kullanım rahat saglanabilecektir. Sonuçta tasarımda en önemli faktörlerin basta kullanıcı gereksinimleri kapsamında, ıslak hacimlerin ve düsey sirkülasyon elemanlarının konumları oldugu belirlenmistir. Kullanıcı gereksinimlerinin karsılanamadıgı fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon ünitelerinde ise farklı çözümler üretilmeye çalısılmaktadır. Fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon ünitelerinde, yetersiz kalan birimler farklı alanlara kaydırılmakta ve kullanımları fonksiyonel olmamaktadır. Bu verilere baglı olarak, eskimelerin geciktirilebilmesi için, fiziki mekân özelliklerinin neler olması gerektigi yapılan anketler ile degerlendirilmistir. Kullanıcı gereksinimleri, ıslak hacimlerin ve düsey sirkülasyon elemanlarının konumları olan bu degiskenler, çesitli üniversitelerin fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon ünitelerinde test edilmis ve tasarlamadaki etkileri belirlenmistir.
