The aim of this study was to evaluate patients with uterus sarcoma retrospectively. 9 patients with uterus sarcoma were evaluated at Department of Radiology and treated at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. These patients’ records were evaluated retrospectively. The mean age of the patients was 48.8 years (range, 43-64). The mean of the parity was 7.5 (range, 3-11). 5 patients were undergone total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy and in 4 patients cytoreductive surgery was done. 4 patients were died due to recurred tumors. recurrence in the uterus sarcoma would be in the early period. The main factors effecting prognosis are histopathological type of the tumor, the number of mitosis and the stage of the tumor. 

Uterus sarkomlarının değerlendirilmesi

Uterus sarkomu tanısıyla tedavi ve takip edilen olguları incelemek amacıyla Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Radyoloji Anabilim dalında görüntülenen, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalında tedavi ve takibi yapılan 9 uterin sarkom olgusu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Olgularımızda yaş aralığı 43-64 olup ortalama yaş 48.8 olarak bulundu.Ortalama parite 7.5 (3-11) idi. Olguların beşine TAH+BSO, dördüne ise sitoredüktif cerrahi tedavi uygulandı. Dört olgu rekürrens hastalık nedeniyle eks oldu. Sonuç olarak uterus sarkomları erken dönemde nüks eden tümörlerdir. Prognoza etki eden en önemli faktörler; tümörün histopatolojik tipi, mitoz sayısı ve evresidir.
